Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

 Chocolate Chip Pound Cake is an oldie but goodie, and after seeing it twice on other blogs this week, I couldn't resist making one to have for the weekend.  There are several versions, but I stick with my dear friend, Rachel's, recipe, knowing it will be delish!

Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350.  Using an electric mixer, mix together the cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and eggs, one at a time.  Then add sour cream and mix well.  Fold in chocolate chips.  
Pour into a Bundt pan sprayed with Baker's Joy or Pam.  Bake for about 55 minutes.  

This is a crowd pleaser for supper club, teacher's lounge,  potluck dinners, or just because you saw it on a blog and had to have it!
