1 lb. lean ground beef (or whatever ground beef you prefer)
feta cheese in tub

This recipe makes 3-1/3 lb. burgers. Divide meat into thirds. Divide each of these portions in half. Make very thin patties with each portion. Sprinkle (or place slice) feta cheese on 3 of the patties. Top each with the other 3 patties. Form and close up open seams to secure cheese in middle. Grill over low heat until desired doneness. Enjoy your feta burger!
With our burgers, we always have sweet potato fries. They aren't exactly like eating a salad, but they do fare a little better on the nutrition chart than regular fries. You can find these in the freezer section of your grocery. (Kroger only if you are in Little Rock)
